Choosing Right Profession
Saturday, January 30th, 2010All of us are the busy working persons in a particular field to earn living. Some are business people and others are employed. Some of us are doctors, others engineers, teachers and so on. We have architects, painters, firemen and various kinds of professionals.
But the question is why have you selected a certain profession? Were you examined scientifically in childhood in terms of your own aptitude, or whether this was your family profession choice, or you wished to become one as you had dream for this, or you had nothing to opted for thus you selected your present profession?
Along our way in life, we ask these questions and go on doing what we are used to do. We never deem why we do a certain type of job. We do not look around for complete change in the job. For instance - a musician would not think about dropping of his profession and turning into a full time engineer. Why?
Why many of us do not consider changing our professions in full? Why we do not think in such a direction at all? One simple reason is to support status quo that makes us comfort. We would like to live in our usual zone. The next reason is that we do not question ourselves - Am we in professions that we like fully? Can we decide on another professions, which will give us more joy and success?
Think about this, as you may find out something that may give you satisfaction as well as great success.
